Anthem College Online offers a Healthcare Management program that prepares students to manage resources and staff in healthcare environments.
Students interested in the business side of healthcare can enroll in our online associate or bachelor’s degree program. These programs are open to students who hold a certificate or diploma in a healthcare field, or who have earned a high school diploma. Students who already hold an associate degree in a related field can enroll in our Bachelor of Science Degree Completion program.
The associate degree program emphasizes developing business and management skills that prepares them to compete for entry-level clinical or administrative positions in healthcare. The bachelor’s degree programs provide students with the backgrounds needed to advance in the healthcare field, including into supervisory or management positions.
Anthem College Online programs have a career-focused approach that combines solid information with skills-building. Concentration courses cover topics that include risk management, finance, and healthcare compliance, as well as management and supervision. Courses from the core curriculum, such as economics and principles of management, complement these. Skills-building courses include decision-making in healthcare businesses, computer applications, and communications.
A career success course teaches students strategies such as how to recognize opportunities and act upon them, and life skills including financial and time management.
Anthem College Online gives students additional flexibility over when and where to attend classes. They benefit from exciting and interactive Web-based learning that lets them communicate and exchange ideas with professors and classmates from other locations.
